The foundation principals and directors, Ian McGuire & Tony Cauchi, with a combined Real Estate experience of over 79 years, have remained unchanged to the present day – a rare achievement for any business.

As well as our specialist Residential Sales and Property Management services our team provide a comprehensive auctioning and valuation service by our accredited Directors.

The fact that both Principals are hands on and available 7 days a week has proven to be a great source of assurance to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants.
